Tracey was great. She is quick to respond, gave great advice, and her recommended listing price was in the range we believed it to be. Very smooth process. Redfin's documentation process could improve by providing a little bit of hand holding to assist sellers in completing the documentation though. Maybe prefill some of the answers and have the homeowners review and sign instead of having the homeowners waste time guessing on things they don't know about. Overall, we would reccomend Tracey if someone were looking to sell we'd just inform them about the documents in advance.

She was not very open to the price I thought we should ask for the house and even told me, "If I had known you wanted to ask this price for your house, I'd have never agreed to be your realtor." - the house sold and appraised for the asking price I wanted on the first day.

Tracey was consistently CALM during what were to us CRISIS situations. There are so many moments and ways that the deal can fall apart before closing, yet I was never (too) concerned because I KNEW she had our backs and would offer practical options. She also allowed me to vent (in a colorful fashion at times) when these ‘opportunities’ arose, which allowed me to better manage my stress. She is a REAL PROFESSIONAL, and I would recommend her WHOLEHEARTEDLY to anyone. She represents Redfin extremely positively, and is an asset to your group.

Using Redfin saved us 2%, but the poor communication between realtor, broker, and other side cost us a lot of money and stress. Wiish we would have had better understanding of what was happening, and that the Redfin broker would have returned my call and saved us the thousands of dollars we lost.
