This is not my first house bought or sold with Tracey and Mike, and it won't be my last. I'm an investor, Mike is a General contractor and knows the ends and outs to construction. His knowledge is invaluable. I have used other realtors in the past and none have compared. Honesty, integrity, hustle, and tenacity are how I would describe working with Tracey and Mike. I left the key to my investment property at my personal house when the home inspector arrived. It was a big fail. I called Mike, and he was there in 10 Minutes to save the day. If he didn't do that, we would have had to reschedule and possibly lose the sale.
