Traci was great. Very personable, friendly, and patient with our difficult house that needed many repairs after damages done by renters. Once the house was in shape, Traci did an open house for us almost every weekend, far more often than most agents do. She was also helpful in suggesting service people to do repairs. We highly recommend Traci. We would definitely work with her again.

We couldn’t have made the move from Hawaii to California as smoothly if it weren’t for Traci. She anticipated our needs, was patient with our questions, and is a great communicator!

We had an unusual situation in our Chico home search. We live in Nevada and were seeking a second home. We started looking intently a few years ago. Traci became our agent to help us in our search. We couldn't find what we wanted and stopped looking for a couple of years. Traci kept in touch.
