Travis did an amazing job selling our home, He was patient while we went bakc and forth deciding whether to put our house on the market. Then, when we were ready, he really made it happy. He gave advice on staging, had great photos taken, advised on realistic pricing, marketed our house well, and then he and his team took care of every detail during escrow and kept us informed. All this at a competative commision, we could not be happier!

Travis ended up being a last minute switch for us, right before we signed with a different agent. He was upfront with us at all times, was excellent at communicating with us and our buyer's agent, and was an advocate for us every step of the way. We had some snags come up on the buyer's end and he was instrumental in getting everything worked out. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - in fact I've already been passing his name along to my friends. So thankful we chose him as our realtor!

Travis was the PERFECT agent for us. We had very specific needs for our family which he understood and helped us find and evaluate homes. We can't imagine a better experience possible to buy our house than what we had with Travis! The whole process was very pleasant. Travis has all the expertise that we could imagine and more. He recommended us great loan officer and house inspector who we used and would recommend, too. He answered all of our questions with patience and gave us reasonable suggestions which leaded to our successful closing. No matter what house we wanted to see even with a short notice, he would be able schedule us a nice itinerary to see all of them! Our experience with Travis was great. He answered emails promptly, was willing to talk to us on the phone whenever worked for us and he even spent a few hours the morning of our closing cleaning/touching up our new home for us, since the sellers had not left it in the best condition. He gave good advice, but was not pushy at all and we were always able to go on home tours whenever worked for us, even on short notice. We would definitely recommend Travis to anyone searching for a new home!
