This was a long distance sale which required extensive repairs and cleanup. It was a family residence that had been a rental for 40 years. When it became time to sell, Redfin was recommended to us by prior Redfin clients. Valerie's team of inspection and repair experts were timely and priced fairly. She provided updates with photos. Her empathy with me regarding selling my family home was most appreciated. Her availability was awesome. She made the entire process smooth and stress less.
