Valerie was very professional throughout the entire process of getting my mother's home ready to put on the market and when it was listed. She guided myself and friends who worked on the house in making appropriate upgrades. She made suggestions but was never pushy. She kept me informed of the steps and processes involved in selling the house at every stage . This was very significant since I do live in the same county where the house is located. All of Valerie's recommendations paid off. She listed the house on a Monday and held two open houses the following weekend. An offer was made above the asking price that weekend, and it was accepted. Never having sold a house before, I appreciated Valerie's patience in guiding me through the escrow process. I would highly recommend her expertise if someone needs a real estate agent.
