Valorie was a delight to work with. Dealt with other agents who did not follow up or added fees to our closing docs without our prior knowledge. Valorie is honest!! Yes honest. Her clients come first. She keeps you informed through the entire buying/selling process. Just give her a call to talk and you will see what I am talking about!!

Valorie made the whole process go smoothly and was very responsive to any questions. I was in a situation where I had to do the sale remotely and she assured me that could be done and made it happen. I would have liked better data on the expected value of the house. Valorie did provide data but I was not confident in interpreting it. In Valorie's defense, the market did flip rapidly from a strong sellers market to a balanced market - making it harder to assess the expected value of the house.
