I am a Hospitality Professional with over 25 years in the Service Industry and do not have enough words to describe the exceptional service I received. My story in a brief: Due to the unexpected death of my brother, my family members and I found ourselves in a situation where we needed to sell our brothers house, (no Will in place.) We experienced many challenges during this journey; probate, uncovering a second mortgage and permits that were not closed. If not for all of Van's, the efforts I truly do not know if we would have closed on time. A truly Professional Gentleman with a strong knowledge of the industry and markets.
