Vanessa did a great job on helping us to find our dream home remotely. She is an amazing real estate agent we met so far. Redfin as such is a great platform for home buying. They have any information/service that a home buyer should have. Just that they are all super busy and trying to help us as much as they can. So be patient sometimes waiting for replies, I’ve always got replies at max on the same day or next day morning depending on the time of request. I thank the Redfin’s team and Vanessa for all their efforts in helping us. Also as usual the sellers are very greedy right now. They don’t consider if they can accommodate buyers request at all and often buyers have to do many small and big things themselves.
