Can’t say enough good things about Victor. Being that this was our first time buying a home it’s safe to say we were very nervous and scared and wanted to make sure we knew the need to know factors when purchasing. Victor exceeded our expectations and worked with us at quite literally any time of day and answered all of our questions. Though we did face some minor obstacles that were out of ours or Victors control , Victor went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and make this purchase as smooth as possible. Cannot thank him enough and will ABSOLUTELY be our agent for any future purchases!

I must say that Mr. Silva went above and beyond my expectations, surpassing many real estate agents I’ve worked with in the past. Having sold properties multiple times before with other agents, I was used to a stressful and frustrating process. However, Mr. Silva completely turned that around. He was always accessible, well-prepared, and meticulous in his approach. Victor Silva is, by far, the best realtor I have dealt with. He listened intently, was receptive, and only recommended properties that fit my very specific wants and needs. He went above and beyond to help resolve issues that arose with my loan processor. This was my fourth home purchase, and should I ever be in the market for another property, I will definitely call Victor. He definitely met the gold standard for service with my home purchase, which is saying a lot considering that my transaction involved a 1,700-mile, long-distance move. He even met me at 8 p.m. to give me my keys, knowing that I was eager to move in. Victor is a consumate professional, and I cannot recommend him more highly.

As a first time buyer I was new to alot of the terms that come along with purchasing a new home/lot. He was always very informative and never hesitated to explain even the simplest of things.
