In the past three year, I purchased four houses in different states. I knew, interviewed and contacted more than twenty agents but I would like to say Victoria is the best one, not one of the best. Here is the facts I can tell you:1. She bring me at least twenty open houses; 2 She always say " I will only recommend my client the deal I think it is good, I will not recommend only for my commission fee" 3 She worked for drafting my contract late night or early morning; 4 She is a hunter for good deal; 5 She has fantastic strategy 5 She taught me how to purchase points. Victoria is the absolute best, if you're looking for a real estate agent YOU WANT VICTORIA it's that simple! My partner and I are first time home buyers and had no clue how to go about home buying then my partner met her through work. She emailed us homes that fit our criteria and was there to tour us through all the homes we were interested in. When we finally found a home we wanted she was magically able to get $15k down from the sellers asking price. I have no clue how she does it, but she achieves anything she puts her mind and heart to. This was our 3rd home sale with Victoria, and we would never want to work with anyone else!! She is seriously the BEST out there. I'm so grateful we found her. We only got one offer on the our most recent sale, but she negotiated an ABOVE asking offer!! I mean, who does that?! I don't know how she does it, but she's a master negotiater (while being one of the nicest, most optimistic people I know!), and a really good friend to us.
