To compete in to-days' Florida Real Estate market, you have to be good - period. The final of our Home sale was at a particular bad time for me, I was feeling off color from Covid inoculations, and the Lawyer at closing was older than even me, and I could not hear a word he spoke...apart from Vicky's efficiency over the whole negotiation, we greatly appreciated her sensible guidance over the actual closing as well.
