We bought a single family house with Victoria and would choose her services again. Victoria allowed the search process to unfold at our pace as our search was not driven by a deadline. She asked good questions whenever our indecisiveness needed clarifying. With Victoria, you will be in good hands. Day and night, weekdays or weekends, when you need her, she will be there for you. Victoria is the type of agent you want to have when looking for your next home. She is very pleasant to work with, patient, responsive and flexible. One common complaint I heard about Redfin agents is they are not very active as they don't get paid by commission. That couldn't' be further from the truth of our experience with Victoria. We have worked with other agents in the past and had never had the quality of attentivensss as we had with Victoria. From start to finish, everything was smooth. Victoria always made the time for us, no matter the request, and we felt she consistently had our best interest, as the buyer in mind. On a personal level, I found Victoria very likable and easy to work with. We felt supported by her every step of the way. Even after our closing we had questions and Victoria was able to reach the listing agent to have our questions answered. Victoria and her team were great. Given her job, she can be busy at times, but was pretty accommodating when it came to after hours communications. Our purchase was painful (the sellers and the listing agent lacked a certain moral code that most of us follow), but Victoria pushed through it and knew exactly when to escalate it to the lawyers.

Victoria is very nice and she was very responsive during our search. However, she did not provide much information that we weren't able to get ourselves (i.e. comps) and she could have been a little more helpful in terms of deciding what was an appropriate offer on a house. She often justified the seller's price or defaulted to the Redfin estimate versus giving the home a true evaluation (not just comps but also the work that would need to be done to the house) and telling us what it was really worth. We would absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone! She was on time for all of our visits, very responsive to our emails and questions and was very helpful and insightful. When we went to our first open house with her she asked all the right questions to the selling agent, including if the mock up 2nd floor addition was even permitted. I would have never even known to ask that! Overall an absolute joy to work with and again I would not hesitate to recommend her to and friend or acquaintance.

Without Victoria, I cannot say for certain that our deal would have happened. Victoria consistently went above and beyond dealing with a difficult seller and did everything in her power to make the process as painless and smooth for us. As first-time home buyers, we were uncertain and hesitant at many points in the process. Victoria was always quick to respond to any and all frantic phone calls, texts, and emails. She checked in and reassured us along the way and kept our minds at ease. I couldn't recommend Victoria enough to anyone looking for a new home.
