Personable and unassuming, Victoria was great to work with. Shr provided great insight to each house we visited; whether it be paying attention to critical points in evaluating basements/foundation to evaluating the remaining life span of a roof, Victoria had a wealth of knowledge and always made sure we were fully informed. Even during our home inspection, the home inspector interjected in our conversation to commend Victoria on how informative she was as she was always ensuring that I had all the details available to me when faced with a decision. Will most definitely work with Victoria in selling our previous property and can only hope to be able to keep in touch should we decide to move from the home she just helped us purchase.

From start to finish Victoria was amazing. She started by staging our belongings to enhance listing appearance. She researched our neighborhood and encouraged a higher asking price than our research suggested. Once listed, we were under contract for full ask in under 1 Day! She communicated constantly with all updates which was awesome. Personally I can’t see how our experience could have been more perfect.

Victoria was wonderful to work with.,she was very knowledgeable and patient. She made sure we were happy with our search and in no way pushed us to make a decision we weren’t completely comfortable and happy with. Once we found our house she recommended several inspectors and a real estate lawyer both who were extremely professional. Victoria also was our advocate in getting our loan put through with our lender who was having difficulties getting info they needed. Victoria was/is available practically 24/7 to answer questions or relay info to us. Victoria also was instrumental in helping us get our home ready for sale and with her recommendations we received an offer within a week. All summed up Victoria’s the best at what she does.
