I want to highly recognize the professionalism of Victoria Pando. To say that we had to work with a difficult seller's agent is an understatement. The seller's agent consistently lied to us and delayed the process. Once the contract had been executed the seller’s Realtor made an open house on our property and lowered the price to the agreed-upon contracted price. This is extremely unethical, and difficult to deal with from a buyer's perspective. Our closing got extended by a month as we had to work through lending issues, and Victoria was extremely diligent in communicating this and all the information to the mortgage broker, the sellers, and other parties. I continue to use Victoria for my real estate investments since 2001. One thing that I want to highlight is that Experience matters, and Victoria has extensive experience and dealing with complex situations and difficult people. I want to thank her for her hard work and making sure that we could close on my investment property. I know at times, I wasn’t the most patient person, but Victoria constantly put me at ease. Victoria had been helping me look for an investment property in Broward County since 2022. We'd been looking at options close to where I live close to Hallandale Beach/Aventura area, and hadn't found anything. We had been looking at homes in Hollywood, which were nice, but very competitive and not as appealing. One day, she called me and said, I have a couple of properties I'd like you to look at. She scheduled the appointments that matched my busy schedule, and I fell in love with the first property. It was turnkey condition. I know Victoria fought off 8 other competing offers to have ours be approved by the seller. In this market, experience is what matters the most. What I've learned is that finding someone that has had to be in difficult negotiating situations makes all the difference. Ultimately you want someone who will fight for your offer, but also be honest and show you something that meets your budget, and is something that will generate equity. With the million of realtors here in South Florida, I am happy to recommend Victoria Pando as mine. As a real estate investor, Victoria has always had my best interests.
