Vidya was a very pro-active realtor who helped us throughout our "home search", right from showing us the homes, to explaining the various stages involved in buying a home. She was very well connected, and introduced us to the Home Loan agent as well. As first time home buyers, we were made to feel completely at ease, and made well informed decisions thanks to Vidya. She helped prepare the offer document at very short notice, and interfaced with the selling party and listing agent to ensure that we would come up with a competitive offer.
