Sava is absolutely amazing! She sold my property quickly and for an extremely good price. I was so impressed by her resourcefulness. She found an offmarket listing for another unit in my condominium that had sold for 10% more than any other unit that had sold on market. Once she shared this among interested buyers she was able to push for a much more competitive price for my condo. This is important, because other realtors I interviewed to sell my place would have listed it for over 15% less than Sava actually sold it for. Even after I shared with them the offmarket listing that Sava had found, they still dismissed it as negligible. I mean, 15%. 15%!! That's huge! And then what she did to actually generate interest among buyers.... Sava was the only real estate agent I interviewed who even offered to stage the condo. Yes, other agents offered virtual staging, but trust me it is just not the same. The time and heart she put into my place, she just made it beautiful.
