I got my first home with Vladimir as my agent. I began the process of looking start of June, and was done by the end of the month, which is a lot faster than i expected. Here is how i felt with Vladimir. 1. I felt like I could trust him. I would ask him various questions, and his answers felt genuine. When asked for opinions, they didn't seem far fetched and seemed closer to what I felt as reality 2. He wasn't pushy This maybe a weird pro, but being in a position of putting down all my savings, the last thing I needed was a man who insisted what I should do. Super high integrity agent. Unlike a few agents we dealt with in the past, he clearly had our best interest in mind, meaning his objective was to get us in the home we wanted for the *appropriate* price, not just to get us in at an outrageous number to up his profits. He was honest about things we may not have noticed or liked in a home, as opposed to just trying to make the deal.
Vladimir Westbrook is a unusually honest agent. Very knowledgeable about the market in the peninsula ; easy to reach ; a good advisor .

We contacted Vladimir initially based on friend's reference and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than we’d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Vladimir gave us excellent guidance, answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly with unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. After we’d find the home, Vladimir helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market. I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Vladimir again or give him anything but the highest recommendations.

One thing I can say for certain, Vladimir is very protective of his clients and makes it his top priority to secure an interest of those he works with. I've had a goal to sell my home at a certain price, and when I interviewed Vladimir he gave me a higher estimate based on his market knowledge. I had no idea my home was worth THAT much, which proved to me that it's always a good idea to work with a realtor, especially one who makes sure every step of the transaction goes smooth. He even slightly overdid his estimate.
