Walter is beyond words amazing at what he does! I have never met a more hardworking man in my life. He worked tirelessly for us for weeks to ensure we got everything we needed out of a house. He is literally the king of negotiating too! He spent days of back and forth with a difficult seller multiple times and it worked out so well for us in the end thanks entirely to his hard work and dedication. Not only did he do all that and managed to get us to close in 30 days, but he was also friendly, outgoing, easy to talk to, and LGBT friendly. I can't imagine a better person to have as a realtor and if I buy another house I will be seeking Walter out for that sale too because he's that good! Thank you Walter so much for everything you do for us and everyone you work with, because I know you bring that dedication to everyone.
