First of all, Walter is an asset to Redfin! An incredible agent. His patience and dedication is beyond comprehension. I am truly impressed and so grateful for all his hard work, advice and concerns towards me and my home selling and buying a new home at the same time. Yes, two transactions simultaneously. During the sale process, He did an excellent job with the open houses he conducted; the way he move things around in the house to make the house look nice, more appealing and marketable in a very slow market (Holiday, Thanksgiving period). A very focused agent that cares about his clients interests. The old house was eventually sold and then purchased my new built home. Walter was so gracious to help me move my remaining items to my new home, when the moving company left the items behind. He didn’t have to do that. But he did it, to ensure I closed and settled in my new home without delay. I am extremely grateful for his service and professionalism.
