This was my first closing, so I had no idea what I was doing. I had a very short window to close, which added to the stress. Luckily, we had Walter who is a seasoned pro and is very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. He provided valuable input throughout the process and built trust with me very effectively. During our search, we had a couple of difficult negotiations with Sellers, but Walter handled those situations with poise and professionalism to resolve the issues we had. Walter Jones went out of his way to help me find rental properties in the Memphis Area. He actually went to the properties before we bought. Advised us if we should buy or walk away and probably saved us from Grief as well as find a gem. Very knowledgeable, Professional, a real pleasure to work with. Specifically, regarding 686 Delta, again, he went over to the property, videoed what he saw, and gave us the recommendation to buy. couldn't be more pleased.

Walter is absolutely stellar to work with! He is quick to respond through phone calls, emails, and texts. He provides sound advice and listens to our needs, setting up outstanding searches. We are out-of-state investors so when we had an interest in a property, he visited the property within 24 hours. He recorded videos for walkthroughs of various properties, took us through the neighborhoods virtually, examined crawl spaces, and followed up multiple times on work that our inspector recommended. Walter provided a seamless workflow for the closing process. He is a top-notch professional who goes above and beyond the job description. We will be working with Walter again!

Walter is great to work with! He diligently helped my find an investment property from out of state, going above and beyond to check out the properties, get there first and advise on a competitive offer that ended up being accepted. Walter has seen sold me two additional properties and is managing a commercial property for me as well. Walter is great at adapting to new technologies to create a seamless experience. He knows the area and neighborhoods very well and has a diverse background that gives him an informed and unique perspective. I highly recommend Walter and look forward to working with him for many years to come.
