Working with Wayne has been AMAZING!! i cannot say enough good things about him. My husband and i were first time home buyers so we were very nervous about the whole thing. Wayne made everything so easy and clear. He always reassured us with any question and/or concerns. Hes very knowledgeable but is also very honest. We have asked him on multiple occasions if he would purchase the home we were considering and he would answer honestly and reasons behind his answer. He was able to work with our hectic schedules and was very patient with us. We finally found our dream home and it's because of Wayne. Amazing realtor but friend as well. We worked with Wayne. It was our first time buying a home and we did not know that much. Wayne was always patient with us and always gave us his honest opinion of the house and the type of problems we might encounter buying each house. We tell all of our friends to use Wayne. We never felt pressure from Wayne to buy as he wanted us to find the right house. We love our new house and are so happy Wayne was our relator! USE WAYNE
