Wendy is very reliable and was always easy to contact. It's nice to have someone in your court when house shopping. At no time did she try to push us into anything we were not comfortable with. We felt like she was our personal dedicated agent throughout the process. Wendy is on top of her game dealing with some difficult negotiations. She handled escalations appropriately, nimbly navigated some heated negotiations and managed to close the deal despite some serious headwinds.
