About Wendy
My name is Wendy Goldfinger. I am a real estate professional, a top-producing agent with my brokerage, and a Community Office Manager. I’m proud to be a recipient of the Realtors Alliance of Greater Cincinnati Circle of Excellence Award (2017–2024) and the Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction (2021–2024). I hold designations and certifications including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Residential Relocation Specialist, and DE&I. I'm also a proud member of the Women's Council of Realtors.
In addition to working with clients, I am actively involved in industry leadership, serving on multiple committees with the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. I am licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, which allows me to better serve clients across the Greater Cincinnati region. I also serve as a real estate instructor at a local college, where I enjoy helping to prepare the next generation of real estate professionals.
Raised in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, I’ve lived in Butler, Hamilton, and Warren Counties. I have a degree in Managerial Accounting and previously owned and successfully operated a small local business in Hamilton County.

I pay strong attention to detail to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties—buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents alike. When I’m not working on a transaction, you’ll find me spending time with my husband of 26 years and our two dogs.
