I dealt with Wendy most, and she was an amazing agent! Very available, positive, not pushy, well informed. All of it! I’d actually reached out to her over a year before we started actively looking and she was so gracious to stay in touch until we were ready. Wendy was always ready to show us property at drop of a hat, after hours as we coming over from OC after work. And my partner and I are in the industry, the mortgage end, so we have had lots of experience to know not all agents are as awesome as Wendy was. Can’t say enough good things!

Wendy is very knowledgeable and Tracy went out of her way to be very helpful and was very responsive. Annabelle Fernandez was amazing, doing all the showings and prep work to sell our home quickly and for over asking.

I have sold two houses with Wendy. One was a house in probate. You have to know the laws to protect the estate. Wendy is experienced with probate sales. The second house sold the first weekend on the market. Wendy has an eye for how a house needs to show to sell. Even better, escrow closed in 30 days!
