William gave the title company on my sales transaction falsified seller and buyers; commission numbers and I am now out $6k in additional commission over and above what was agreed upon in our legally binding seller's representation contract. I did not happen to catch this until after closing, since I was assuming he would stick to our legal contract. Now I am following up in small claims court and via Realtor Association complaint.

Ol' Billy was back at it again. There was the sense that my agent wasn't prepared to discuss my "fixes" for property I was purchasing even though he said he had read the inspection. It was just more platitudes and promises that "I have a fiduciary duty" rather than helping with an actual plan of action. My agent was also acting like a pouty child after I called him out for this lack of attention to the deal and just him just "phoning it in" after that. Watta Baby! I wouldn't work with Redfin again after this. I got the sense that William was trying to finish as many deals as possible and not interested in getting the best situation for his client. Typical Corporate Salesman.

The Dry Toast of Agents. I don't recommend. There were constant mistakes, like getting my name wrong on contracts, that wouldn't get fixed. A sense of only trying to close, no matter the cost added, was prevalent very early in the process. I wouldn't work with Redfin again.

I highly recommend William. Very knowledgable about the market and always considered market data to help inform listing prices. He made the process as painless as possible. He always listened to my perspective and was calm and objective. As I drew weary of cleaning and vacating for showings, he inserted a bit of humor to help me through it. Once we had an offer, he continued to listen, provided real estate negotiation expertise and positively supported my decisions. Very happy with William and Redfin.

Don't risk your home with some fancy talking over priced sales person. We had the first buyers financing call through after 21 days at no fault of William, then during times when the market was troubled William got us new buyers, he was always available with a phone call or a text.
