Very knowledgeable and personable He always got back to us or answered when I called and had questions . Knows his job and treats people as if they were the only clients he had, which I know wasn’t the case, would refer him to anyone interested in selling or buying a home.

William lacks initiative. I had to seek to find answers to my own questions such as why the first closing date was unsuccessful. I never received a call from him to communicate issues or concerns. It got so bad that I went into the office and spoke with a supervisor to demand an explanation. He is not a good representative for Redfin.
