William was one of the first people I met during my initial visit to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He took the time to get to know me and my home-buying needs. When I made it back to California, we had a couple of virtual visits until I finally found my home! Mr. Loos helped me sell a property in the fall of 2022. It was a challenging sale as I live abroad and the property was in the hands of a management firm. Coordinating visits was a challenge that Mr. Loos handled in a professional manner, especially when dealing with uncooperative tenants. The property was not in the best condition for sale, and Mr. Loos was still able to find a buyer at what I believe was a reasonable price. Throughout the sale, Mr. Loos made it easy for me to understand the process, sign documents from a distance and even do a distance closing. His easygoing, yet professional manner made the entire experience a smooth one for me. I highly recommend his services.
