William and every member of his team that worked with me really advocated for me and supported me with the information and resources I needed to be successful in my first home purchase. I always got this impression of realtors as salesmen trying to get an extra buck out of you at your expense or that they avoid disclosing things to get that house off their problem list if they can find the opportunity, but they always steered me right based on what was truly best for me, even when they could’ve really taken advantage of my lack of knowledge as a first-timer. They maintain constant communication, and are always there to answer questions. Excellent experience, and the lawyer they suggested (Anthony Panzica) was a total boss with regard to defending my interests. This team is a really safe bet for first-time home buyers, I highly recommend!
