Bill did a great job for us. He priced our house a little higher than we thought we would get. We got a full price offer the second day. The people that bought the house were very picky in the things they wanted repaired. Bill advised us which items he thought we should repair and the items that we didn't need to repair. He even went out and found 3 roof tiles that matched ours that needed to be replaced. Everything worked out great with the buyers. Bill kept us advised on a daily basis as to what was happening with the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or selling a home.
