Are you looking for an East Bay REALTOR® who will listen, advise, and guide rather than push? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
I’m Waly Parvanta, and my mission in real estate is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals by making the best decisions for their particular situation. Toward that end, I listen – so I know what is most important to them. Then I advise and guide them in their decisions while I do my part to achieve the results they want.
The result is a happy one for me – my clients turn into friends for life, and they eagerly send their friends and family to me when they need a REALTOR®.
I’ve lived, worked, and played in the East Bay for over 20 years.
I know the territory and I stay current on the differences in pricing and market activity between the towns/areas I serve most often: Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Concord, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Danville, Orinda, Lafayette and many more cities in the surrounding areas as well as San Joaquin County.
My clients expect the best from me, and they get it – beginning with communication. Not only do I keep them informed of everything related to their purchase or sale; they know that if they call or email with a question or concern I’ll respond as quickly as possible. And if they just need to “talk something out,” I’ll take the time to listen.
Clients also know that I won’t mislead them, and that I’ll give them my honest opinion. If I see a potential problem, I’ll share that thought rather than let them go ahead with a decision that might not be beneficial. I also prepare an Estimate of Seller’s Proceeds both at the time of listing and when reviewing offers. Sellers need to know exactly what a given purchase price means to them after all is said and done.
