Where can I start....from the beginning, Yara was one of the most approachable and personal agents my husband and I had the pleasure of working with. She represented us as the buyer and the seller in a situation that is always tricky. But she made it as smooth as possible and kept up with both the selling side and the buying side to get things all in order for us during our move. She even went above and beyond and walked in our neighborhood to try to find that rare house that wasn't even available on the market yet so we can get first dibs on it. It totally worked, as we found out about a beautiful historic Park Santiago house that we knew about and saw on open house day which we put a bid on immediately.
