I sold two houses in Totowa this year through Dunkerly Holdings, and Yemily handled both. Full disclosure: she's my partner, but I'd be saying this either way. The first closing was not a smooth one. We had attorney questions over a shared driveway, roof paperwork, and Certificate of Occupancy issues with the town that kept stacking up right when we needed to close. Yemily stayed on top of it the whole way. She kept everyone talking, kept the deal from falling apart, and never made me feel like I was chasing her for an update. What I appreciated most is that she's straight with you. She tells you what the market's actually saying, not what you want to hear, and she's quick to respond when things move fast. If you're selling in North Jersey and want someone who will grind through the messy parts of a deal, call Yemily.
