Zach was incredible- all his guidance, from deciding what price to list, to choosing which offer to accept, to getting through the hoops of the board application process and lots more, was 100% correct. He is a real expert in how the NYC real estate market works. He helped us sell our apartment extremely quickly, for a better price than we had expected. Plus he is such a nice guy and easy and responsive to work with. I can’t imagine having done this with anyone else! We feel so lucky to have found Zach.
