Zachary Pencarski was wonderful, He's Professional courteous and knows the real estate market and helped my husband and I get the house of our heart desire. We were very happy with his service and experience. Early on I in fact did recommend Zach to a neighbor who is also selling. Since then, I do NOT recommend him. I even went to that neighbor and told him to find someone else. My home took 158 days to sell under Zach. It was under contract three different times before finally going through. It cost me more than $20,000 dollars prior to the commission and closing costs. I had reviewers leave comments that they were interested in the property yet to my knowledge he didn't reach out to the other agents until after I called him to inquire about them. He was fairly unresponsive during the entire process. The home inspectors for the three contracts had ZERO overlapping issues that needed to be resolved.
