About Zaida
Having grown up on St. Simons and the Brunswick, GA, area, I have seen the Island and Brunswick grow and develop over the years. Before returning to coastal Georgia, I spent twelve years in the banking industry working in various areas such as personnel, personal investment sales, and personal trust account administration and money management.
When my husband and I returned to the coast, I decided this was my opportunity to try a field that I had always been interested in, Real Estate! What a perfect choice, I love what I do! I have found that my banking background has provided me with a solid foundation on which to build my real estate business.
Having been active in real estate sales since 1999, I feel that I have built a strong business. I take pride in the fact that the majority of my business comes from referrals from friends and past clients. It is an honor that my friends and clients place their trust and confidence in me. I strive to provide those referrals, and any client I work with, first class service!

Zaida is very warm and friendly. She knows the market in Glynn County very well. Zaida found me the perfect condo for my needs. She went beyond what I would expect from an agent by helping me with issues on renovation with the ARC. Zaida also recommended fine people to help me move an organize my space as well as a contractor to do excellent work with the renovations. She was a please to work with and I will highly recommend her to any of my friends looking to sell their homes or find an ideal new home.

This was an estate, with a lot of extenuating circumstances. We do not live in town and had to rely on Zaida to help us with everything that came up. The closing had to be postponed an additional 45 days due to liens, bank issues, and other commitments from the sellers. We had to call on her to get involved on multiple occasions. She was able to handle every issue to our complete satisfaction . Without Zaida being involved we might not have ever closed!
