We met Samantha annd Jennie and two weeks later we have a new home! She is very pleasant with a lovely personality, easy to work with, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and very accommodating. She also went above and beyond in making sure to give us information and referrals that we needed. I can't help but think she brought some good luck our way in the home buying process! We highly recommend working with Samantha and Jennie!

My husband and I were interested in purchasing our first home but we had a lot of questions & didn't really know where to start. We were introduced to Jennie through a family member's friend back in August 2023. Before our first meeting, she sent over a survey that asked questions about our budgets and areas that we were interested in purchasing. We felt at ease and confident after the first meeting as she provided a lot of valuable information and all of it was clear & organized for us to process and review again in our own time. Throughout the months, she checked in on us and would send us homes she thought we'd be interested in. She was always there to answer any questions and the entire journey from home searching to closing was smooth because of her support!

She was a good captain to a large , very efficient , team. I had multiple problems wxmy house such as major plumbing, roofing and landscaping issues. She had an excellent tradesman available to fix each one of those issues in less than a month. We had the house looking like new and we sold it for over 12% of listed price because it looked so fabulous. It’s truly a team effort on her part. !! I intend to use them again for another house that I intend to sell next year.
