Zulma was absolutely amazing to work with. She kept me informed throughout every step of the sale of my home. She was patient with me and all my questions as this was my first experience selling a home. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Zulma was very knowledgeable of the area and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She was EXTREMELY patient as I changed areas and types of homes and communities. She never made me feel as if I was being difficult. I got sick during the process and she was understanding about having to put looking for a place on hold for a bit. I was an out of state buyer and she kept adjusting searches and always scheduled virtual walk throughs around my crazy schedule. I would recommend any friend or family member use Zulma. She is amazing!

From first contact until we closed on our new home Zulma was fantastic. She always returned any calls within minutes, she was very organized and helped keep us on track from dealing with the mortgage company to inspections. She was always on time to appointments. Her knowledge and experience helped us to feel at ease.
