Ultimately everything got done, however communication was lacking at times. It would have helped to get calls or emails regarding progress on the closing dates. Replys to my emails requesting updates were fine but I expected to be contacted first and not have to inquire.

They are good to work with, helpful, though seemed to be inconsistent …. initially very demanding on having both bank account & a phone call with our disabled sister in person as must-requirements to close. That put us in lot of stress in particular under the physical and mental conditions of the sister, not sure how to arrange and to be certain of eventless phone conversation. However, once we had bank account available, escrow cancelled the required phone call. This was, still is very odd and weird to us. It made us believe that escrow had suspicion of us cheating on and taking advantage of the sister. That made us very uncomfortable and judgmental on our integrity as we all act upon the most advantages of the sister that she needs the proceeds to cover her nursing home expenses. Therefore we needed and were under pressure to sell the house asap. It hurt a lot. I was the main person dealing with the house sale as POA. I honestly didn’t appreciate the disrespectful way TitleForward dealing with us/me in particular. I hope this message gets across. I had not even shared with Dana this unpleasant feeling of mine.

What can I say, everything went extra smoothly and properly.

Nice to work with, but for older people that aren't as tech savvy or knowledgeable on the documents their signing, it could be a bit daunting. Help is available, but you need to reach out and ask for it.
