You've got to take a look at this one owner home in a great subdivision in Auburn. The architectural roof has been cleaned and looks like new. Both HVAC systems are less than 3 years old and work beautifully. The water heater is less than 2 years old. All windows have been replaced and great storage exists above the 2 car garage. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite, new stainless appliances, new hardwood flooring almost throughout the main floor, double stainless sink, new disposal, tiled backsplash, new plumbing fixtures and refinished cabinets. Two of the 3 baths have been remodeled and have new fixtures. Foyer floor is slate. There is also attic storage above the second floor. Outside a gorgeous landscape exist with zoysia sod and flowering plants. The back yard is large and natural and fully fenced. The patio is oversized for comfort. Mature oak trees exist in front. Only 1.5 miles to Tomer's Corner. Take a look. You'll be glad you did.

NC-15
Neighborhood Conservation District
The Neighborhood Conservation (NC) District is intended to preserve the character of existing neighborhoods and developments under construction at the time of adoption of this Ordinance. It is designed to prevent these neighborhoods and subdivisions from becoming nonconforming under the terms of this Ordinance. This District is also intended to provide for future development of land where a NC District is deemed the most appropriate zoning classification, and a preliminary or final plat for development of the land has been approved by the Planning Commission. It is also intended to provide for in-filling of existing neighborhoods on vacant lots with single family detached dwellings as defined in Section 203 of this Ordinance.; Because there are a number of different lot sizes in the Neighborhood Conservation District, the Zoning Map depicts these various areas with the letters NC sub-designated by a number. The number indicates the minimum lot size in thousands of square feet. For example, NC-20 indicates that 20,000 sq ft is the minimum lot size for the District so designated.
