This charming little house shows pride of ownership. Two bedroom with two bath and vaulted ceilings on a corner lot is a perfect for a starter home or the family that is down sizing. The backyard is its own little oasis.
Back on Market- Buyer had cold feet. Rare opportunity to own this 2 bed,2 bath home and have instant equity and still have payments lower than rent. This home is located in an area that is experiencing re-development with lots of new stores, restaurants and new construction homes with starting prices much higher than what you will pay for this home. Ask your Realtor or lender about loan programs available in this area for as little as 1% down with no mortgage insurance. With a 1% down option, you can use the money you save to update this house and make it your home. Other features include a large lot w/o any neighbors directly behind you and a full length covered patio. With a little TLC, and a bit of work you can have a great home for very little money out of pocket.

R1-8*
Single-Family Residence District
A basic purpose of these regulations is to foster the creation of living areas which can assist the establishment of stable, functional neighborhoods. An established pattern of living in this metropolitan area reflects a tradition of single-family occupied dwellings which also emphasize outdoor living. Many of these dwellings are thereby located on relatively large urban or suburban lots.; These regulations provide standards for dwellings built at low and moderate densities. While the predominant housing type is expected to be single-family dwelling, provisions are made for alternative housing types within the same density limits.
