Light and bright top floor unit with stylish finishes and vaulted ceilings! What a welcoming home with natural light, beautiful new engineered wood flooring and carpet, inviting new paint colors, and tasteful finishes. The spacious dining room/living room has great flow to the kitchen, including a breakfast bar, a wood burning fireplace, and a door out to a Juliet balcony. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and storage, including a large pantry cupboard with pull-out shelves. The master suite features two closets, a double sink vanity, and an oversized tub/shower. The furnace and hot water heater are relatively new, and the private garage has additional overhead storage. A large grassy area with a gazebo sits just outside this unit and makes a nice place to play or just relax. The home's location provides fantastic access to Belmont's amenities, including Caltrain, commute routes, highly regarded public schools, recreation, and many nearby restaurants.

Village High Density Residential District
The regulations of this section are intended to implement the Belmont Village Specific Plan and to realize Belmont Village’s potential as the city’s center of civic life with a unique sense of place. More specifically, the purposes of these regulations are 3-fold: To create an attractive, vibrant, mixed use town center for Belmont, offering shopping, restaurants, entertainment, employment, and residential uses in a compact, pedestrian oriented setting; To enhance pedestrian and bicycle connections so that residents, visitors, and workers can safely and conveniently walk, bike, and take transit to, from, and within Belmont Village; and, 2 To support design of building frontages, streetscapes, and public spaces that will create a lively and attractive public realm with a distinctive identity, consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the Zoning Ordinance.
