Built in 1952 and designed by renowned architect Walter Ratcliff and Associates, 990 Regal Road stands as a timeless example of his thoughtful residential design. This level-in home reflects Ratcliff’s signature craftsmanship and enduring style, lovingly preserved and enhanced by its short list of owners. Upon entry, you’re welcomed by rich redwood paneling that rises to meet vaulted ceilings, creating a dramatic yet inviting interior. Custom built-ins and thoughtfully placed display shelving cater to the design-minded, while large picture windows frame verdant gardens and mature landscaping, bringing the serenity of nature indoors. The floor plan offers a harmonious blend of openness and intimacy. Common areas are seamlessly connected, encouraging gatherings and everyday comfort while maintaining a sense of warmth and privacy. This home is both a retreat and an entertainer’s delight, with a graceful flow to the outdoor spaces. Bed count differs. Buyer to investigate. Buyer to confirm architectural significance and historical information about the home.
