The longest term tenant who lives in the downstairs master bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field and has two cats that do not leave his room. The other downstairs bedroom is rented to another tenant who is active duty military. All current tenants are quiet, respectful and work outside of the home. The rooms are available for viewing. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. If serious in renting the owner will reimburse majority of the screening costs. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit.
