The permit cost is $1900 a year, We have our own water district. You will get a bill once a year based on useage. Approx $400. Than you pay taxes and ins. There is no monthly fees. You cant use them as rentals or live in them full time, Also you cant get loans on them so cash offers only. Mt Laguna is a community of wonderful people . We have lots of animals and great weather.
