This is a cabin on Nat Forest land. You only own the cabin , not the land. The land is leased by permit. This permit period will end 2028. The permit fee is $1900 a year. Water is metered and based on useage. Most are $300-400 year. All fees are yearly. You pay property taxes yearly also. No monthly fees. You cant live in the cabin full time or use as rentals. This is a wonderful community to live in. We have all kinds of animals and wonderful people.
