Cash offers only, cant get loans on them. You only own the cabin, not the land. The land is leased by permit. They are 20 yr permits and renewed in 2008. There are 4 yearly fees, ( no monthly fees) . Permit is approx $1500 a year. Water bill is once a year, based on usage. Taxes and Ins. Most are approx $300-$400 a year for water. We have all seasons, were at 6000 ft.
