Too good to be true and a $100,000 price reduction! Owner says sell!! This incredible 40 acre parcel is only eight minutes from the heart of beautiful downtown Paso Robles. The land is complimented with a beautiful oak forest, rolling usable farm ground, breathtaking views and a live spring and stream. This amazing spring is the home to fish, crayfish, turtles and a host or other birds and wildlife. There is a 4 acre vineyard planted in November of 2015. The vines are Zinfandel P3 on 1103 root stock. Want more vines? There are another 5 acres that could possibly be planted. It's been ripped, the irrigation is in and it's all deer fenced. And, until you build your home, or not, there is a beautifully remodeled mobile home with decking, a hot tub and views for almost ever!! Oops! I forgot the 24 mission olive trees, terrific water system and large metal shop! This is a must see!!
