Welcome to La Moree Estates! One of the few communities offering owned land and a low HOA of $272/month that includes water, trash, cable TV, and internet, making this some of the most affordable living in San Diego County. Enjoy panoramic mountain views from the living room, dining area, and spacious backyard- perfect for gardening, relaxing, or sipping your favorite beverage while taking in the scenery. The corner location provides added privacy with the feel of having only one neighbor. The long covered carport driveway easily accommodates two large vehicles, and there is an additional generously sized storage room for all your extra belongings. This well-maintained home features an updated kitchen with quartz countertops, beautiful cabinetry, gas range, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, plus updated bathrooms. Other notable upgrades include new HVAC (2024), exterior paint (2026), dual-pane Milgard vinyl windows, and a roof replaced in 2013. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator are included. The open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the dining area and large living room, and the second bedroom includes a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and walk-in closet, making it live like a second primary suite. Community amenities include a pool, indoor spa, recreation/banquet room, billiard room, gym, and BBQ/picnic area with amazing views. Community RV parking is also available. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and freeway access while still quiet and peaceful. One of the best values in the area—don’t miss it!
