So many option sin the redwoods: come enjoy your own private retreat in the redwoods either as a tranquil, undeveloped oasis, or build your dream home/vacation spot, or buy the adjacent property (See ML82059756) and keep this as a playground. This property consists of almost 3 acres of redwoods. Much of it is steep terrain, but there are at least two relatively level clearings. Located at the intersection of Granite Creek Rd and Granite Ridge Dr, the property is minutes from Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz with easy access to Silicon Valley over 17. If not purchased together, an easement will be needed across 101-211-08-000 to access this property. Significant grading and road work would be required to extend the access road to provide a lower driveway on either Granite Creek Rd or Granite Ridge Dr. Seller prefers to sell both properties together.
