Spectacular views on just under 10 acres. Do some restoration and make it your get-a-way from the city or use it as an income property. Electric gated entrance leads you to custom wooden doors which open to the side yard where a 300 yr. old majestic oak oversees the property. River rock siding enhances the exterior of the house. Step inside on antique maple hardwood flooring. Floor to ceiling metal paned industrial windows allow for the gentle expression of the mountainous views. There are two additional pads that provide the possibility for building (perhaps a tiny house, office, or yoga/Pilates studio). The upper pad provides add'l parking, water tanks, and cargo containers currently used for storage. Truly, endless possibilities here!Expansive flagstone patio w/ wisteria covered pergola looks out to views of the mountains.
