Estate District
The purpose of the Estate (E) district is to designate areas suitable for larger lot residential living environments. Uses are limited to those typical of and compatible with quiet residential neighborhoods. The minimum lot size shall be 10,890 sq ft unless the E district is combined with the Lot Size combining district (Chapter 19.54 of this title) where a larger minimum lot size is specified. The minimum lot size may be reduced when any E district is combined with the Cluster (CL) combining district (Chapter 19.58 of this title).
